Inspired by CEF鈥檚 current deep dive into ocean plastics, our inaugural 鈥渢ea chat鈥 will be with Neil Tangri, co-founder of GAIA (Global Alliance of Incinerator Alternatives), a worldwide consortium of more than 800 grassroots groups, NGOs, and individuals who work to advance environmental justice by strengthening local movements to catalyze waste and pollution solutions. Neil and Jennifer will talk about GAIA鈥檚 zero plastic waste work in the United States and Asia and the challenge of moving the conversation about plastics from demand-driven problems to supply-side solutions.
