Security in the High North: Deterring Russia
In this edition of聽Wilson Center NOW,聽we are joined by Rebecca Pincus, director of 澳门六合彩鈥檚 Polar Institute.聽 Also joining us is Mathieu Boulegue, research fellow at the Russia and Eurasia Programme at Chatham House and Michael B. Petersen, director of the Russia Maritime Studies Institute and an associate professor at the U.S. Naval War College.聽They discuss challenges posed by Russia in the Arctic and High North, how the war in Ukraine has affected Russian operations and objectives in the region, and the prospects for cooperation in the Arctic with the United States and western nations moving forward.

The Global Europe Program鈥檚 staff, scholars-in-residence, and Global Fellows participate in seminars, policy study groups, and international conferences to provide analytical recommendations to policy makers and the media.
